BIDDING IN THE ONLINE AUCTION: Once you are registered and have your User Name & Password & Credit Card Information, you may place bids as soon as a lot opens for bidding. Your bids are FINAL and constitute a binding contract. Please be aware that lots will close at various times and possibly different days and may be extended. You are responsible for monitoring these close times. Please bid early to avoid disappointment. Bidder acknowledges that hardware malfunctions, software malfunctions, viruses, and similar issues do occur and are beyond the knowledge, scope, and control of Auctioneer. We are NOT responsible for your system malfunctions, connection to the internet or your e-mail client stopping any of our e-mails to you in regard to bid confirmations and/or outbid notifications. An invoice will be sent to your registered e-mail address within 24 hours following the conclusion of the auction. This auction has what is called an "auto-extend" feature, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last 1 minute of the auction, the bid on lot(s) will extend an additional 2 minutes. The bidding will extend in 30-second increments from the time the last bid is placed until there are no more bids, and the lot sits idle for 2 minutes. The auction company may, at their discretion, adjust the auto-extend time increment. Auction company employees and/or auction company may bid on auction items. This auction will be a timed online auction with bidding closing as the items are closed. Online Bidding: This is an Online-Only Auction. There is NO SHIPPING on this auction. Bids may be placed up until the lots close and will be extended if a bid is placed in the final 1 minute of bidding. Buyer's premium of 18% will be added to each invoice. Your registration or bidding on a lot at our auctions constitutes your acceptance and agreement of the following terms and conditions. INVOICE PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS & TYPES ACCEPTED: You will receive an invoice via email following the close of the auction, or the next business day if the bidding closes after 5pm or on a weekend. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL PROMPTLY BE CHARGED FOR YOUR PURCHASES. WE CANNOT ACCOMODATE OTHER TYPES OF PAYMENT. No other forms of payment will be accepted. No items will be released until payment in full is received. Please bring your paid invoice with you to claim your items. You are responsible to bring your own manpower, boxes, packing materials, carts, etc. to move your items. Invoices will be emailed with pick up address to successful buyers after the final lot closes or next business day. GENERAL INFORMATION: ALL BIDDERS AT THE AUCTION SITE ARE THERE AT THEIR OWN RISK. Buyers of items shall bring their own boxes, wrapping material, Equipment and people to load and carry away all items purchased. Bidder agrees the auction site is potentially dangerous. Regardless of cause, Auctioneer or its agents will not be responsible for any injury to anyone at the auction site. All sales are final. Bidder will not be entitled to any adjustment, allowance, or damages or any other remedy regarding the condition of any item purchased.Risk of Loss Once auctioneer accepts the highest bid, any item is then sold. Buyer then takes delivery and assumes all risk of loss for the item and buyer agrees to obtain full liability insurance coverage for the item as may be required by law.
