By participating in this online public auction and placing bids on any lot, all bidders agree to the following terms and conditions:
Registration and Approval: Bidders are required to register for online bidding and their approval is based on the information provided by HiBid as well as their previous buyer record. The auction company holds the sole discretion to approve or deny any bidders.Please note that providing inaccurate or incomplete information when using your HiBid account may result in delays in the shipping process. It is crucial that you provide accurate and up-to-date information to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery of your purchased items.
Inaccurate or incomplete information can include, but is not limited to, shipping addresses, contact details, or payment information. Any errors or omissions in these details may require additional communication and verification, which can cause delays in the shipment of your items.
We kindly request that you double-check and verify all information provided during the registration and checkout process to avoid any potential complications. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Please be aware that repeated infractions of providing inaccurate or incomplete information may result in a ban from participating in our auctions. This action is taken to maintain the integrity of our platform and to ensure a fair and efficient process for all users.

Item Condition and Descriptions: All items are sold "As-Is". While the auction company strives to provide accurate information in the item descriptions, no information is guaranteed. The auction company and its staff are not responsible for any inaccuracies. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to preview and inspect the items before placing bids. Bidders assume all risks related to the grade, quality, appearance, condition, history, and origin of any lot.

Buyer's Premium: Bidders acknowledge and agree to an 18% Buyers Premium, which will be added to all winning bids. The winning bidder is responsible for paying the Buyers Premium as part of the total cost.
Sales Tax: All sales are subject to a 6% PA Sales Tax unless the auction company has a valid Tax Exemption Form on file for the bidder. Bidders who have a Tax Exemption Cert MUST FILL OUT A PA SALE TAX EXEMPT FORM . WE MUST HAVE A COPY OF BOTH ON FILE PRIOR TO THE END OF THE AUCTION WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE EXEMPT UNLESS THIS IS COMPLETE Please Email both to asauctionco@gmail.com.
Payment and Invoicing: All items must be paid in full on the day after the auction or at pick up. Failure to make payment may result in the auction company voiding any unpaid invoices and banning the bidder from future auctions. Payments will be processed directly through HiBid unless otherwise specified.
All Sales Final: Once an item is sold, all sales are final. Lots may not be returned or refunded for any reason. The auction company assumes no responsibility for any items once they have been sold.
Item Pickup and Shipping: All items must be picked up during the specified pickup time. Bidders should make an appointment at www.asauction.co for pickup or make shipping arrangements with a third-party shipping company. Shipping information for two locations is provided below:

Please Note: Shipping costs may exceed the purchase price of the item. The cost associated with pick up, packing, shipping, and insurance does not reflect the item's purchase price. The auction company strives to be price-conscious and provides the same level of care to auction customers as if they were present in person. If the shipping cost exceeds expectations, the items can be returned to the auction company at no charge. Bidders should communicate their decision regarding shipping after the auction's completion. Failure to remove items during the specified times or arrange shipping will result in the forfeiture of the item(s). The buyer will still be charged the full amount.
Important Shipping Information: Due to increased package volume from e-commerce, the processing time for auction shipping is approximately 7-10 days, and shipping costs may be higher than a few months ago. Please consider this when planning to have items shipped to you. The auction company provides the following disclaimer: If the purchaser refuses to pay the shipping expense and the item(s) are returned to the auction company, the auction company will not refund the expense of the item(s). Buyers forfeit the said items, with no dispute to the amount they agreed to bid (the purchase price). It is the responsibility of each bidder to request a shipping quote before bidding and be satisfied with the shipping expense.
