Description
We are postponing the closing on the auction until the night of the Room Redux Gala, October 21. That way, the charity will have an exciting live and online auction closing around the same time. Sorry for any inconvenience Room Redux transforms the rooms of children who have faced sexual or physical abuse, as an avenue for healing. Room Redux is a nonprofit organization that focuses on transforming the rooms of children who have faced sexual or physical abuse. Room transformation can be a powerful tool to foster healing, as many times abuse occurs in a child's room or bed, making the room itself feel unsafe. As a result, children may stop sleeping, start acting out or may become depressed, avoiding their room entirely. Through donations and grants, Room Redux fully transforms children's rooms so they will feel comfortable and safe.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL and all items are to be paid for by October 21. This will be an online only auction. All items are sold as is, where is with all faults. By placing a bid, you are agreeing to the auction terms and are committing to pay and pick-up. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Buyer's premium rate will be 6%. We accept most forms of payment to include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal (yourstuffsells@aol.com), and cash All of our auctions are regulated by the Texas Board of Auctioneers (Gary W. Payment Terms
Buyer's premium is 6%. We accept all forms of payment (paypal, cash, check, Amex, Visa, Mastercard) and charge sales tax (unless exempt) If you plan to pay during your appointment to pick up the items, please let us know. Otherwise, we will be charging the card on file.
No items are available for shipping except for the guitar and AR. He guitar will be shipped, if required, through a local mailing company. Cost will be whatever they charge. As for the AR, once the item is paid for and you are a local buyer, we will make an appointment to meet at Freddy's. We will handle the FFL paperwork there. The name on the invoice MUST match the person that shows up to handle the transfer. NO EXCEPTIONS. Shipment of firearms will be made to FFL holders. Please check your local laws prior to bidding. The New Braunfels Auction Co. requires a copy of a certificate of their current FFL (email NBAuctionCo@yahoo.com). Any FFL paperwork will be handled by Freddy's Pawn and Jewelry, 671 S. Seguin Ave, New Braunfels, TX. The fee is $20 plus tax per item with a $5 discount for prior or active military or police service. Any shipping will be $45 for pistols, $75 for long arms, and $10 for every $500 for insurance.
