1.All items are sold as is. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions before the bid. Please refer to the photos as part of the instructions. Amy Auction Co ., Limited will do everything possible to describe the state of the items.
2.All sales are final. All jewelry is certified by our company. After the auction, we will send all the sold jewelry to the international jewelry appraisal agency to obtain the jewelry appraisal certificate. All property is sent as it is, no return, no refund. There are no exceptions .
3.We recommend that Internet bidders register for the auction within (24) hours before the auction, in order to have enough time to process and approve the auction registration. For any auction registration questions, please contact: amaxjewelryllc@163.com.
4.All online buyers will receive their invoices sent via email within (24) hours of the end of the auction sale. If the buyer is not notified by email within (24) hours, please contact us at amaxjewelryllc@163.com. The Buyer shall be responsible for all items purchased and for providing payment. If the buyers fail to process paymentwithin 7 working days of the transaction, they will receive negative feedback reports relating to their online auction materials and will not be allowed to register for subsequent transactions.
5.About the auction commission service fee, all orders increase a 20% buyer's premium as an auction commission.
6.All payments shall be paid in US dollars. The buyer can only collect items after payment in full. If paid by check or telex draft, the goods will not be delivered until the bank has cleared. Payment must be made within 7 days of receipt of a billing invoice after the auction. If the buyer fails to pay within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the auction and re-offer the item, and will hold the bidder liable for any loss or other costs or damages caused thereby (requiring the buyer to pay 15% of the hammer price of the purchase price as liquidated damages). Title will transfer only when Amy Auction Co., Limited receives the full payment and related fees.
7.All orders of $10,000 or more must be paid by bank transfer or teleremittance. We offer 5% auction commission discount on bills paid by bank transfer or wire transfer. If you have problems with your payment, please contact us. During the wire transfer payment, all expenses, exchange rate and other handling fees shall be borne by the Buyer. All sales and remittances are made in US dollars.
8.All items are sold to the highest bidder approved by the auctioneer. The auctioneer is the arbiter of any disputed bid. He may reopen the bid at his own discretion and reject what bid is deemed improper. The auctioneer retains the right to withdraw any item and to reopen the item at another time. The auctioneer will do his best to execute all bids, including reserve price, absentee, telephone, and Internet bidding. We are not responsible for any missed bids.
9.Transaction disputes: Amy Auction Co.,Limited is any arbiter of a transaction dispute and has the right to arbitrate a transaction in dispute. For orders with transaction disputes,you will remain responsible for shipping, processing costs and a 15% buyer premium auction commission, and the 15% commission is not refundable. Once you agree to the terms and conditions of this auction, there is no refund or exchange. If you request a return or refund, you agree that you are still responsible for paying the returned freight, less applicable taxes, and the entire buyer's premium for each item and all freight /processing.
10.Liquidated Compensation: If you bid and are considered the winner of a reasonable price creation, but fail to pay on the invoice sent to you or are in dispute with any third party payment, you will be charged 15% of the hammer price as a settlement loss.If the successful bidder fails to make any payments under these terms and conditions, including the liquidated damages described herein, We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to report such non-payments to credit and collection agencies.
11.We disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. There is no guarantee that any commodity will comply with any applicable government rules, regulations or regulations of any type or nature. All items can be queried before bidding. Neither the auctioneer nor the trustee has provided any guarantee of the authenticity of the goods . Any description, Amy Auction Co. , Limited does not make any form of warranty or guarantee for physical conditions, size, quality, rarity, and neutrality.
