Part Lot 15, Concession 7 Geographic Twp of South Dorchester, now Malahide Twp. Located in Elgin County shall be sold as is, where is, subject to minimal reserve bid. 2. The highest bidder over the reserve shall be the purchaser. No person shall retract their bid. 3. The purchaser shall complete the sale on November 30th, 2023 when the balance of said purchase money shall be paid unless previous arrangements have been made. HST if applicable will be in addition to purchase price. 4. Advertised total acreage of 72 and tillable acreage of 60 is an approximate acreage and is not grounds for dispute. 5. Immediately after the sale the purchaser shall sign a contract to complete the sale according to these conditions. 6.
