"As New" does not mean "New" it is a condition report, meaning the firearm is "as new condition". If a firearm is brand new- unfired, it will be listed as so. Buyers Premium: All sales are subject to a Buyer's Premium; reference to the buyer's premium is made in auction advertisments, flyers and catalogs. Buyer's premium will be a stated percentage and must be paid by the buyer as part of the purchase price. * This is a public auction and not a retail setting. All sales are final. If you change your payment method AFTER you registered we do not see that new information so you must call the office before the auction closes with the new payment information.
