You the buyer are responsible for all disassembly. If a wall needs to be removed to get it out, that is fine it just needs to be put back the way it was. ALL electrical work must be done by a certified licensed electrician. There is NO fork lift on site. You are responsible for fixing any damage that you cause to the building. You are 100% responsible for the removal your items.
