Pickup is one day only, Sunday, October 1, 2023, from 9am until 3pm EST only. No Shipping. Register for this auction on HiBid with your credit card to verify your information. To verify, your card will be temporarily charged $1.00 USD, but that charge will drop off. Your verified credit card is not automatically charged for your purchase. Payment is in person at the pickup on Sunday October 1, 2023 with credit card, debit card or cash. Etransfer payment to timothy@timothyestatesales.com can be sent by midnight EST Saturday September 30, 2023 but not in person. There is a 15 percent buyer's premium and 13 percent HST for all purchases. Following the auction winning bidders will receive an Email invoice. Please present the invoice when attending the pickup day. Items can only be picked up on the scheduled pickup day. Shipping is not available. All items are sold As-Is/Where-Is with no warranties.
