Coins and Currency are guaranteed to be authentic. You must contact us within five days of receipt of your coins if you feel your coins and currency are not authentic. We work to keep shipping costs as low as possible. We pack and ship items in-house with tracking and insurance. We ship all coins and currency using USPS flat rate Priority Mail. We use a third party to create our labels and for insurance. These costs are lower than going directly through the Post Office. We add $1 to the actual cost for shipping and insurance for handling. For larger purchases we have found that the cost for insurance is less than half the cost of insurance through the Post Office. Any Package with a total sale price of over $200 will be shipped with a Signature Guarantee. The fall of the hammer is determined when the software says sold. We can not reopen any lot once a lot is sold or passed.
