Auction Terms & Conditions. All sales are final. All items sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Payment must made On day of sale. Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. A Buyer's premium rate will be charged. All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. All descriptions believed to be accurate but not warranted. Cash or Credit Card Auction. This is an ONLINE ONLY auction. All items are sold AS IS. By registering to bid in this auction, you agree to the terms of inspection or waive your right to inspect the item. All items are sold in their current condition at pickup. Please call/email with questions prior to bidding. Items are scheduled to close in a staggered format where an item will close every 30 seconds on the date of auction close. Any bids placed within the last minute will extend the closing for an additional 1 minute. Our software allows you to place a "max bid" if you choose to. The software will then bid on your behalf up to your max bid. Cash payment is available until the last minute of the last day scheduled for pick up and you will receive a 3% discount for cash payment. After that your credit card will automatically be charged and and a paid receipt will be emailed to you. Items will be available for pickup during posted times. All items must be picked up during the scheduled times. Item pickup beyond those times are by appointment only and you will assessed a $5 per day storage fee with a maximum of $15 strictly enforced. Any lots not picked up by Friday following the auction will be forfeited and your card will be charged for the storage fee of $15. At 2:00pm MST on the last pickup day, all out of area bidders will be auto-charged for your winning lots, including the BP. The following Monday we will begin to ship all out-of-area items unless other arrangements have been made. We will then charge your card on file for the shipping charges. If you would like to arrange your own shipping or have someone in the area that can pick up, please let us know at the conclusion of the auction. We use USPS and FedEx. We will use the cheapest shipping method possible. If you would like to request a specific shipping method please let us know before the conclusion of the auction. Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or seller. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. ALL ARE 'AS IS, WHERE IS'. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. You are expected to pay for all items won regardless of how many you bid on. Additionally, any bidder that does not pay for their items will not be allowed to participate in future Moore Montana Treasures online events.
