Custom Embrodery and Laser Engraving Online Auction
By registering for this auction and submitting a bid, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions to Norman J. Gallivan, Inc., D/B/A Gallivan Auctioneers & Appraisers ("Auctioneer") for this auction sale. 18% Buyer's premium will apply to all Internet and Proxy Bids. Payment for all purchases must be made in full within 24 hours of the sale close. VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Wire Transfers are accepted forms of payment. Cash will be accepted only at live, on-site sales. All purchases $10,000 and over must be made via wire transfer. All cash payments over $10,000.00 will be reported pursuant to government regulations. Everything is sold "As Is/Where Is". Although all descriptions of items to be sold are believed to be correct, the auctioneer and the owner make no warranties or guarantees of any kind whatsoever, other than the owner's warranty of title, whether express or implied, as to the fitness, condition, authenticity of, or descriptions used in advertising. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to verify fitness, condition, authenticity. and description of any item prior to bidding. Once the auctioneer or online platform says "Sold," the purchaser is responsible for payment and safekeeping of the item(s) purchased. Removal of purchased items shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchaser must provide a certificate of insurance if large equipment is to be used to remove purchased item(s). If Purchaser does not remove their items within the designated removal period (hours/days) published for this auction, Purchaser will be deemed to have abandoned such item(s) and authorizes Auctioneer to dispose of the item(s) in a manner as Auctioneer sees fit in its sole discretion. The purchase price will not be returned to Purchaser, who shall also be liable to Auctioneer for the full cost of removal and/or disposal of abandoned items, plus reasonable attorney's fees and court costs. If Purchaser fails to pay for item(s) bid on and abandoned, Purchaser authorizes Auctioneer to sell the item(s) in a subsequent auction. If, at a subsequent auction the item(s) sell for an amount less than Purchaser's bid price, Purchaser agrees to be liable to Auctioneer for damages equal to the difference between Purchaser's bid price and the subsequent auction purchase price, plus interest thereon from the date of the subsequent auction sale at the rate of eight percent (8%) per annum, reasonable attorney's fees and court costs. All bids and payments must be made in U.S. dollars (USD). No refunds for lost or stolen items will be made. Announcements made on the day of sale take precedence over any printed material. Payment Terms
All payment is in USD. Payment for all purchases must be made in full within 24 hours of the sale. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND WIRE TRANSFERS. All purchases over $10,000 must be made by wire transfer. If you are the winning bidder and your purchases total $3000.00 or less, your credit card will be automatically charged in full at the close of the auction. If your invoice is more than $3000.00, we will call you to verify your payment method.
We do not ship. You must pick up or arrange for pickup at 3229 N Shadeland Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46226. Pickup times: 9 am to 4 pm EDT, Thur and Fri December 16 & 17, 2021 and Mon and Tues, December 20 and 21, 2021.
