** 2020 Ford Escape SEL*** There will be five estates represented in this auction from Rogers, Bella Vista and Bentonville and just in time for Christmas we will be offering hundreds, maybe over a thousand video games, items & accessories from the former Elevate Gaming in Rogers, Arkansas. These games range from vintage stock for Nintendo, Atari, etc up through X-Box 360 and PS-4 (GAMING LOTS ARE 1000 - 1199). As always, you can expect fine consignments from the four-state area. We are blessed to be able and bring you the greatest variety, quality and volume in one sale on a consistent basis. We are your destination for all things needed and cool! Look for antiques, vehicles, equipment, furniture, appliances, collectibles, art, silver, gold, firearms, jewelry the unique and the bizzare. This catalog will be built from Nov. 15th through Dec. 8th. It is always our goal to answer any of your questions via pictures so be sure and click through each picture pack as we load. Thank you! Preview will be Friday, Dec. 10th, at the Gallery from 9 - 12 p.m., 219 Butler Creek Rd., Sulphur Springs, AR 72768 or by appointment. NOTE: Be looking ahead for changes in our format. As soon as our expansion is complete, it is our goal to begin hosting two auctions every two weeks. This means in our two-week cycle, that Thursday will be the "Select" sale and Friday will be the "Premier" sale. Our hope is that you may more easily find items of interest in a timely manner. Pick-up for both of these auctions will remain on the Saturday of auction week. If you have a negative score on HiBid or a "zero-feedback" score, and/or want approval for purchases you must seek permission from the company prior to the auction start time or your bids will be posted as "pending" and will not be recognized. If you need bid permission in excess of $10,000 please contact company. If you make purchases and do not follow through on payment or pick-up, there will be a restocking fee of 20% of your high bid charged and/or you will be blocked from bidding in future sales. We are located in NORTHWEST ARKANSAS.

Payment Terms
All payments will be made directly to Barber Auctions on Saturday, Dec 11th from 9 a.m. till 3 p.m., and/or Monday, Dec. 13th from 9 p.m. till 4 p.m. A 10% premium is in effect on all purchases unless otherwise stated. If you win items and cannot pick them up, but need them shipped, payment is your responsibility by phone (479-298-3034)on SATURDAY, Dec. 11th. Non-payers will be blocked from bidding in future sales and will unfortunately will be given negative feedback viewable to all other auction companies.
Items are to be picked up at the Butler Creek Auction Gallery on Saturday, Dec. 11th from 9 a.m. till 3 p.m. and Monday, Dec. 13th from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you need your items shipped, we will work with our third-party shipper and you may call Ronda on Monday, Dec. 13th for shipping arrangements @ 479-298-3034 (9 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
