No Merchandise may be removed until complete settlement has been made. 1.All purchases shall be paid for in full on the day you pick up, unless a wire or ACH transfer is required. The wire transfer must be processed and accepted before you can pick up. 2.Purchases shall be paid for with cash, WV, PA or Ohio co. checks, credit card or wire transfer. Any other state checks will require bank letter of credit. Invoices up to $10,000.00 may be paid for with a company check. Invoices above $10,000.00 shall be paid for with a wire or ACH transfer. 3.All items are sold as is where is and how is, with no warranties of any type expressed or implied concerning the merchandise being sold. Once an item is called Sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the buyer. 4.Descriptions of merchandise contained in the catalog are intended for general information purposes only. Please examine items carefully before bidding as no refunds will be given. 5.A Buyer’s Premium of 12% in house,15% online, applies to all lots sold. 3% surcharge for credit cards 6.$5 minimum bid. 7.No one under the age of 18 years of age is permitted to register or bid. 8.A properly stamped invoice, authenticated by our cashier, will be required by our check-out personnel in order that you may remove the items. Any discrepancies must be brought to our attention prior to removal from the property. 9.The auctioneers may remove items from the sale at their discretion. 10.The auctioneer is the sole authority on any disputed bid, and his word is final. We reserve the right to correct any clerical errors and to re-invoice if necessary. If a dispute arises out of this contract that cannot be settled through negotiation or mediation, any-and-all court proceeding shall take place in Butler, Pa.16101. 11.Removal dates and times: Wednesday after the sale until 5 pm. Dec 9th- Dec 22nd, weekdays only! 9 am to 4 pm. All other dates by appointment only. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY DEC 30TH OR THEY WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEIT! 12 .NSF or stop payment checks are subject to a $35.00 returned check fee. 13. Online winning bids are not final until invoiced. The auctioneer may end bidding before final online bids have been received (due to lag, signal issues etc), meaning your maximum bid may not be counted. Please bid in house if possible. 14. Propane tanks are not included with the fork trucks. We will provide fuel to load them on your trailer, then tanks must be returned as they are rented.
