Those paying with check will receive title upon check clearing. No Buyers Premium for On-Site Buyers , Internet Buyers will have a 5% buyers premium with no cap + 3.99% if paying with a credit or debit card. Immediately when an item is Sold it becomes the property and resposnibility of the Buyer. All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller(s) or the Auction company.
