ALL SALES FINAL UPON AWARD OF ONLINE BID
Prior to bidding you must read and agree to the terms and conditions of this auction; by registering to bid you enter into a binding legal agreement with "Auction Bosses LLC"
Payment:
Your credit card on file will be charged the full amount at the close of the auction including buyer's premium and any applicable sales tax unless you have contacted us prior. Full payment is required by 5pm on the day of pickup. We accept all major credit cards or cash. No personal checks are accepted at this time without prior approval.
Winning bidders wave the right to dispute or deny payment on any purchase made with a credit card.
Removal:
Removal of any items won at the auction are the sole responsibility of the winning bidders. Removal must be made by 4pm on December 18,2021. If you require your items to be shipped there will be a $10 handling charge in addition to any applicable shipping charges. Any items not picked up during the specified pickup days and times are subject to being either resold or disposed of at our discretion, unless prior arrangements have been made. There is a $20 fee for any items requiring disposal and no refunds on monies paid for items will be given. These charges will be billed directly to the credit card on file.
Online Bids:
Online bidders will not have any claim against Auction Bosses LLC for any error having occurred on the bidding platform. We reserve the right to cancel any bids received.
