Our Dessert of the Month will be baked fresh for you when you place an order with us with a full week's notice. All desserts will feed approximately 6-10, fresh baked and ready for you and your family to enjoy!! January – Assorted Cookie Basket Enjoy this basket full of our most popular cookies, including Lemon, Chocolate Chip, Red Velvet, Snickerdoodles, and Oatmeal Molasses. February – Chocolate Lover's Chocolate Cake This Chocolate Lover's Chocolate Cake is for SERIOUS chocolate lovers only! Featuring three layers of moist chocolate cake, chocolate fudge sauce, chocolate frosting, and chocolate chips, this cake is a chocolate lover's dream come true! March – White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake The perfect combination of white chocolate and raspberries make this cheesecake something to savor! April – Carrot Cake This Classic carrot cake is one of those all-time amazing desserts that tastes so good and makes a great statement piece when you serve it. Fresh carrots, raisins and Oklahoma pecans with the classic cream cheese icing. May – Springtime Bar Assortment This bar assortment includes our famous Lemon Bars, as well as our Key Lime Bars, Vanilla Bars, Fudge Brownies and Cream Cheese Brownies...certainly something for everyone! June – Hummingbird Cake This cake is all of the flavors of summer...banana, pineapple and coconut all wrapped into a scrumptious cake and layered with cream cheese icing. July – Blueberry Peach Pie A classic lattice-topped homemade blueberry peach pie bursting with juicy flavor. Serve with some vanilla ice cream for an unbeatable summer treat! August – Assorted Scone/Biscotti Tray A variety of classic English scones and Italian biscotti, sure to give your morning coffee or afternoon tea that special something. September – Mema's Favorite Apple Strudel With a hint of cinnamon, brown sugar & golden raisins, this Apple Strudel is my Mema's favorite dessert served with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream (of course!) October – Pumpkin Cheesecake This extra creamy pumpkin cheesecake has a delicious pumpkin spice flavor and a ginger snap crust. It's the perfect dessert for fall!  November – Oklahoma Pecan Pie This pie is THE family favorite, as it is my Great-Grandmother's recipe, passed down through the family. The pecans come from a family farm in Red Rock, OK and makes this pie the special dessert it is meant to be. December – Buche de Noel (Yule Log Cake) This festive yule log cake is chocolate cake filled with whipped cream, rolled into the shape of a log, and coated with a chocolate ganache – a classic European holiday tradition!
