Description
This auction contains a wide ranging sale from multiple families. Items are located in several places so please read each description for location.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL and all items are to be paid for, and picked up, by Dec. 23. The schedule for pickup will be provided Dec. 6th. All items are sold as is, where is with all faults. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Buyer's premium rate will be 15% with a 3% discount for cash. We accept most forms of payment to include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal (yourstuffsells@aol.com), cash and check All of our auctions are regulated by the Texas Board of Auctioneers (Gary W. Rogers TX Lic #16304) For small items, we will offer shipping with a small handling fee (typically $5 per item). All items are sold as-is where-is and are described as carefully as possible

Buyer's premium is 15% with 3% discount for cash, We accept all forms of payment (paypal, cash, check, Amex, Visa, Mastercard) and charge sales tax (unless exempt)
Pick-up will be by appointment from 9 am to 4 pm. Please call 830-358-7225 to make an appointment. All items will need be picked up at the various locations on the dates as follows: New Braunfels store on Dec. 18th, San Antonio home (near San Pedro and Jackson Keller on Dec. 20, and San Antonio retirement community on Dec. 21 and 22. Any other pick-ups will be by appoointment if you can't make the scheduled dates. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY Dec. 23rd. We will offer shipping on smaller items only. The reason that we were not offering this earlier is because of the traveling distance between the home and our offices. To handle this, please note that there will be a small handling fee for anything that will need shipping. Typically, it will be less than $5 per item. That fee will be applied to anything needing to be taken to our office location for pick-up, as well.
