It is the responsibility of the Bidder to manage the payment options in their Account. If your Credit Card has been declined, please pay your Invoice with other payment options or go into your Account, remove the previous credit card and replace with another. Our business depends on the strategic use of our space. In some cases, items are in a rented building and/or a consignor's home. We do not have space to store your winnings. Please arrive on the posted date during the advertised hours to pick up your lot(s). All auctions have a specific pick-up date and a per-auction shipping* policy. Failure to pay, pick up your items or arrange shipping by the last business day of the week (Friday) after the scheduled pick-up day will forfeit your items without refund. We do not ship furniture. Non-paying bidders will be blocked from future auctions. By bidding you agree to these terms. * Items are professionally packaged to arrive intact. We charge a handling fee + actual shipping. These fees are non negotiable. Handling fees are $15 first box, $7.50 per additional box for most auctions. Firearms auctions $20 per firearm. No shipping on live ammo. **We will not prepare your items for shipping without payment of the handling fee.** Heavy/large items are costly to send. Please, consider this important information when placing your bids. 1.The title, ownership and right of property in the said good shall not pass the purchaser but shall remain the interest of the auctioneer by way of an assingment from the vendor until the entire purchase price and interest, if any, and all costs and expenses on a solitor and client basis are fully paid, this to include the payment of any judgements secured and all legal costs on a solicotor and client basis associated with the seizure of the said goods. 2.The auctioneer will not be responsible for any errors, defects, or fault concerning any goods sold as each item is sold as it is and without any recourse against the auctioneer. 3.Storage of any purchase shall be at the sole risk of the purchaser. The auctioneer will not be held responsible if the said good are lost, stolen, damages, destroyed, resold, or dealt with any other manner 4.All NSF cheques will be reported immediately to the appropriate authority.
