Rhynalds Auction Service shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. We make no guarentees to the item being complete, in working order or any guarentee of the above. You may come inspect the items for your own judgement by appt.
BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. If you bid $100.00 at check out you will be charged $115.00.
PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include check & cash. Payment must be made at pickup the day of pickup. If you don't pick up your items at the posted pick up times your credit card will be charged! If you do not pick up your items at the posted pickup times - your card will be charged and you will be charged a $20 service fee. If we have to move your items at pickup to our location you will be charged a additional fee!
TITLES: Titles will be mailed to buyer with in 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS.
GUNS: You must have a Nebraska Hand Gun Permit or a Federal Fire Arms Liscense to purchase this item. PLEASE NOTE - ALL BUYERS MUST HAVE A Nebraska Hand Gun Permit, Conceled Carry Permit, or a FFL Lisc. There will be a $30 FFL Transfer Fee on each gun, and the buyer will fill out the required paperwork with the FFL on site at Auction Pickup. Shipping is available to your FFL, Transfer Fee & S&H Fees Apply! NO EXCEPTIONS!
STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00pm CDT at a rate of 5 lots per minute ON Sun. Dec. 12th 2021, 2021 at 7 PM ! . The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot.
SHIPPING: SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE TO BUYERS AT BUYERS EXPENSE or ITEMS CAN BE PICKED UP in MINDEN, NE Check Out/PICKUP is Mon. Dec. 13th, 4-6 PM (NO EXCEPTIONS) OUR FFL WILL SHIP TO YOUR FFL - Buyer will pay a $30 FFL Transfer Fee & all S&H FEES!
LOAD OUT: If you do not pick up your items at the posted pickup times - your card will be charged and you will be charged a $20 service fee. Winning Bidders must pick their items up in PICK UP IS in Minden, NE. Load Out will be held on Mon. Dec 13th, 2021 PM (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. Some items may be in the basement!
If you do not pickup during the posted pick up times your credit card will be charged and your items will be FORFEITED, immediately! (NO EXCEPTIONS) 15% Buyers Premium will be added to all purchases!
CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions.
CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description.
Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Rhynalds Auction Service reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, restart the bidding entirely or close the bidding. NOTE - Lots are not considered sold until the ENTIRE auction has been closed and invoiced.
NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR RHYNALDS AUCTION SERVICE SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON.
Warranty and Condition of Items Sold: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS', with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly.
The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction; split or combine lots; add minimum bids or reserve prices; cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item or auction event. The auctioneer reserves the right to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.
