(Example: color, size, shape, age, or overall condition). As there is no open house being offered, please feel free to call us if there is a question about the condition of a lot prior to bidding. All bids are binding. Bidding: Once you have registered now it's time to bid. Go to view catalog. Click on an item inside the catalog that you wish to bid on. After reading the description you can now bid. Click on the "bid button". You can bid to the next increment or place a max bid. If you choose max bid the computer will bid for you up to your max amount. Preset bidding increments have been set up. As the price of an item increases the bid amount increments will increase. It is not necessary to enter a decimal point and zeros to your bid amount. The computer software will enter them for you. Some items will be sold "times the money". If it's a sold "times the money" item it will look like this "X5". Example: If an item sells for $2 dollars each and it is a X5 lot then the price will be $10. Bidding Live: You can also bid live as the auction closes. 10 minutes before the auction closes click on "enter live auction" button. Place your bids as the increments increase. An item will close every 15 seconds. This auction will take approximately an hour to close out. Auction Closing: Our Internet auctions use a "soft close" format. An item will close every 10 seconds after the beginning of an auction. This gives the bidder the opportunity to bid on more than one item. If there is an advance bid inside of 2 minutes to close the bidding, that item will be extended by 5 minutes. This process will continue until there is no more bidding activity.
