If you have a negative score on Hibid or a "zero-feed back score" and / or want approval for purchases you must contact and get permission from auction company prior to bidding. Otherwise yours bids will posted as pending and not recognized. If you make purchases and do not pay or pickup your will be charged a 20% fee for restocking.
