Description	We are selling for the Herrington family the contents of their 3 bedroom home from Savona, NY. Everything is in good working order and in very nice shape. We have the title for the Ford Ranger Pick Up and it can be transferred. Please email with any questions on any lots.

Any payments rejected by the processor may result in the item being offered to the back up bidder. Pick up of items: Once the auction ends and the payments have settled we will have pick up times as follows: Friday December 10th 2 to 5 pm and Saturday December 11th 10a.m. till 1 pm If an item is not picked up during the specified times then the item may be deemed forfieted by the buyer. Shipping: if shipping is needed we will deliver your item to the UPS Store in Corning, NY. They will then reach out to you for packing and shipping instructions. You will pay them directly for those services. The auction company delievers to UPS for no additional fee. BP and CC fee: This acution has a BP of 15%
