* All Personal Property MUST BE PAID FOR BEFORE REMOVAL FROM PREMISES. All items are removed at the risk and expense of the purchaser. Cripe's Auction Service WILL NOT load or help load any purchased items. BRING HELP TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS and BRING BOXES/PACKING MATERIAL FOR ANY ITEMS THAT ARE FRAGILE AND COULD BE BROKEN.
* ALL SALES ARE FINAL as it is your responsibility to attend and view the items in person on posted preview dates. Preview is always recommended.
* ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD IN "AS IS" CONDITION WITHOUT WARRANTY EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED AS TO FITNESS, MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITIES, OR SPECIFICATION.
