Our business depends on the strategic use of our space. In some cases, items are in a rented building and/or a consignor's home. We do not have space to store your winnings. Please arrive on the posted date during the advertised hours to pick up your lot(s). All auctions have a specific pick-up date and a per-auction shipping* policy. Failure to pay, pick up your items or arrange shipping by the last business day of the week (Friday) after the scheduled pick-up day will forfeit your items without refund. We do not ship furniture. Non-paying bidders will be blocked from future auctions. By bidding you agree to these terms. * Items are professionally packaged to arrive intact. We charge a handling fee + actual shipping. These fees are non negotiable. Handling fees are $15 first box, $7.50 per additional box for most auctions. Firearms auctions $20 per firearm. No shipping on live ammo. **We will not prepare your items for shipping without payment of the handling fee.** Heavy/large items are costly to send.
