The Seller will have a reasonable period of time to furnish the abstract. The Buyer will have 15 days to examine the abstract and closing will be within 5 days of acceptance of title. Selling surface only. This property sells subject to the Seller’s confirmation. Possession upon closing. Maps/pictures are for reference only. Any announcements sale day take precedence. An irrevocable Bank Letter of Credit is required for this auction. This letter must: 1. Be specifically for this auction referenced as " Rocks Drive Thru LLC Auction" 2. Be in the amount of $5,000. 3. This letter must be received by Entz Auction and Realty no later than 24 hours prior to the auction's start. No exceptions! Please be aware that our purchase agreement is not subject to any inspections or the Buyers ability to obtain financing. Cash is not an acceptable form of payment.
