Soft Close: The auction program has a soft close feature designed to stagger the close of each lot by 15 seconds. However, if a bid is received within 2 minutes from the closing time, that particular lot is extended an additional 2 minutes. This action will repeat itself until bidding has ceased for at least 2 minutes. This provides bidders with a true auction method and not last second sniping as seen on other sites like ebay.
Auction Preview: By appointment only. Call Ales Auction Services @ 309/242-0617 to set an appointment. If you submit a bid without attending a preview, you agree and accept the posted photo(s) as your preview. The buyer relies exclusively on their pre - auction inspection and all lots are sold with all faults and defects within. The location of the car is Benson, Illinois. The location of the auction is 1345 County Road 2250E, Roanoke, Illinois.
Registration: You must register online to bid in this auction. Follow the simple steps on the auction site to register. If you do not have internet capabilities, call between 8a CST and 8p CST for assistance. If unknown to Ales Auction Services, ALL BIDDERS with less than a 6 HiBid score, or have been a registered Hi Bid user for less than 6 months, will be required to electronically send a photo of their government issued ID as proof of person. Failure to do so will disqualify you from participating in the auction.

Firearms: A 15.00 processing fee is added to all firearms purchases. Any shipment of firearms must be made to another licensed dealer of the buyer's choice. Successful bidder is the responsible person for background check and retrieval of firearm. Waiting period will commence once background check is submitted.
Payment: Payment is due within 48 hrs from the close of the auction. We accept cash, or wire transfer. All internet purchases in excess of $1,000.00 must be made via wire transfer. Transfer fee is $10.00. No buyer premiums!
Checkout/Pickup Dates: By December 31,2021 or date agreeable to seller and buyer.
Buyer agrees to file any litigation as a result of any auction at 1345 County Road 2250E, Roanoke, Illinois in the 11th District of Illinois, Woodford County.
