Terms and Conditions ALL SALES FINAL – 18% Buyer’s Premium, 3% discount for Cash and Checks – 8.9% Georgia / Fulton County / City of Atlanta Sales Tax . We accept Cash, Check, and all major credit cards. FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE AUCTION! We will allow two days for pickup: January 24th and 25th from 8am to 4pm. After two days, items will be moved off site for pickup and a fee will be added for moving items. We are also happy to ship your parcel items, so please contact us via email/phone to let us know. It may take up to 28 business days for items to ship out of our warehouse. Pickup can be arranged by calling 404-963-9438 or email shipping@atlantaauctiongallery.com DELIVERY We offer delivery starting at $50 inside the perimeter and $75 outside the perimeter. STORAGE We are NOT offering free storage for items. After two days, all items will be moved off site for a fee and items can be stored for up to 30 days. After 30 days the items are forfeited. Payment Terms
Payments can be taken in person for cash or check otherwise we will charge the credit card on file for charged payments. For large ticket items over $10,000, we will require a cashier's or certified check or wire transfer for payment.
Items can be picked up from the warehouse location 101 Villanova Drive, Atlanta, GA 30336 on Monday or Tuesday January 24th and 25th from 8am - 4pm. After the 25th, items can be picked up from our main warehouse and we will charge a minimum of $5 per item for moving it to our main warehouse. We will offer in-house shipping as an additional charge for items that can be shipped via parcel service i.e. UPS or USPS. For larger items, it is the buyers responsibility to arrange and pay for White Glove, independent, or freight delivery. We have a list of verified preferred White Glove shippers, please contact us for the list or visit our website. Please note that in some cases, it can take up to 28 business days before items are shipped out.
