All Purchases are subject to 8.6% Sales Tax Buyer’s Premium A. All Premiums are figured on a “per item” basis. An online Buyer's Premium of 15% is added to the high bid on each item. Live onsite bidding Buyer's Premium of 10% is added to the high bid on each item. Payment A. All sales are final – no refunds B. All purchases must be paid for in U.S. funds the day of the auction. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Visa or MasterCard. PLEASE NOTE: our system does not store any credit card information. We will call all winning bidders immediately after the end of the auction for payment information. Item Removal A. No item is to be removed from the auction site until full settlement arrangements have been made. B. Items will be available for loadout December 11, 2021 immediately following auction (approximately 4:00p.m.) until 5:00p.m. or December 12 9:00a.m. until 11:00a.m. and December 13 through December 16 by approved appointment. Any loadout after this will be by approved appointment only and itme may be subject to storage fee. C. All items must be removed from location by December 16, 2021. Appointments to pickup must be made prior to arrival. Any items remaining after December 16 are forfeit. Refunds will not be awarded. D. All disassembly and removal is the responsibility of the buyer. E. Any and all shipping & handling and/or crating costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Anything n More will provide limited shipping services for non fragile items. Services are USPS padded envelope, small, medium and large Priority Mail flate rate boxes at a cost of $10, $13, $20 and $27 respectively. Anything n More may, as a convenience to buyers upon request, take items to local shipper (Kennewick UPS Store) for packaging and shipping with buyer responsible to provide shipper with payment. Furniture items are the sole responsibility of buyer to arrange shipping. Remaining Terms A. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with all faults and without warranty expressed or implied. Anything n More is not responsible for any missing or incorrect listing information. We have attempted to provide accurate descriptions. However, it is the bidder's responsibility to conduct any inspections to determine the condition and feasibility of the bidder’s intended use. Descriptions that are provided by the auction company are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. It is automatically acknowledged by registering that you have either personally inspected the items being sold, hired an agent to inspect the items being sold, or you have waived your right to inspect the items being sold. By placing a bid, this creates a contractual agreement to purchase the items being sold at the high bid price plus Buyers Premium and any additional fees. B. The Auction Company and/or the estate are not responsible for accidents on auction day or after items are sold. C. Anything n More has full discretion to modify the date and time, order, and details of the auction for any reason or for no reason at all, including but not limited to technical issues, emergencies, and convenience of Anything n More or the Seller. D. Anthing n More is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Anything n More or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Anything n More will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Anything n More reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. As a registered bidder with Anything n More, you are providing e-mail information that will solely be utilized by Anything n More. You may receive information via email regarding future sales. E. Any and all announcements on auction day will take precedence over any and all printed material. G. Anything n More reserves the right to revise The Terms and Conditions at any time.
