TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  SOFT CLOSE: Closing will begin on May 23rd @ 6:00 P.M. EDT. If an item receives a bid within the last 2 minutes, then the close time will be extended 2 minutes from the time the bid is placed. The time will continue to extend for 2 minutes with each newly placed bid and the property will not close until 2 minutes have elapsed with no additional bid activity. This eliminates bidders bidding at the last second from our auctions. All items are being sold AS IS with no warranties of any kind.  Payment can be made at pickup by cash, check or debit/credit card. If paying with card a 3% proccessing fee will be added. If paying with the card used to register for the auction please bring that card to pickup with you when you check out. It is recommended that all buyers do their own due dilligance in inspecting the property prior to bidding. The car will sell subject to seller's confirmation (sells with reserve).
