The Red Cedar Team will be there to help answer questions, and register bidders. Online Bidding will open Thursday October 19th and conclude October 26th, 2023 at approximately 6:00 p.m. CST. The lot will have a "soft close", meaning that if a bid is placed within the last minute, the bidding will extend another 3 minutes until no more bids are placed. * 2% buyers premium will be added to the final sale price. *10% earnest money down day of sale. *Taxes shall be prorated to the date of closing. *Title and closing costs shall be split 50/50. Any back taxes are paid by the Seller. *Property is being sold as is, where is, with no warranties or guarantees.
