Payment must be made within 24 hours from end of auction or items will be forfeit. 10. Although rare, if your purchase arrives with any damage from shipping or a manufacturer defect then we will pick up and replace your purchase with a brand new item if proper notification* is received in a timely manner. Documentation of damage or defect must be provided within 72 hours of receiving your shipment. Also please verify quantity count and note any carton damage with shipping company prior to accepting delivery. 11. No cash refunds will be given. 12. Available auction quantity if you need multiples please inquire before bidding. 13. While we strive to ensure 100% accuracy some items may be unavailable at the end of the auction. If item is unavailable full refund will be processed for that lot only. 14. Shipping will be to the address provided at registration. Address Changes must be made within 24 hours of close of auction. Failure to update shipping may result in additional Freight Charges. 15. Shipping is curbside only. If you would like to upgrade you delivery for an additional charge please let us know in advance.
