* Online bidders must be registered before 9:00 A.M. CST on the day of the LIVE auction! Anyone registering later than this time will be declined as a bidder.
* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" condition.
* All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted.
* Bidder inspection is encouraged.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* In the event of a tie between online and floor bidders, regardless of when bid is entered by online bidder, precedence goes to the floor.
* Stenzel Auction reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
* If buying online and shipping is required, your credit card will automatically be charged at the completion of the auction.
* All items to be removed by Thursday following the day of the auction.
* All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. Your item(s) will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with a minimum of $10 handling/packing fee PLUS the cost of shipping. (NOTE: Additional handling fees may be added for large quanitities or special packing of items). If shipping is required, online bidders will be charged for purchases at the conclusion of the auction. Once shipping expenses are determined, another invoice will be generated and the credit card on file will be charged. Items are most generally packed on Monday & Tuesday following the auction and shipped out on Thursday. An email with final invoice and tracking # will be sent once packages are shipped.
