Credit/Debit card purchases will be charged a 4% transaction fee.Indiana Sales Tax (7%) will be charged unless a current tax exemption form is on file prior to registration.The Bidder grants Maple Avenue Auction authorization to charge the Bidder's credit card for any and all costs incurred by the Bidder. Seller and Auctioneer cannot guarantee continual, uninterruptedor error free service as the website could be interferedwith by means out of their control. You are responsible for making sure you have all of your items before leaving our facility/location, we are not responsible for them once you have left.
