Invoices totaling $500.00 must be paid with cash, check or bank transfer If you do not show up for pick up at the scheduled date/time and you have not contacted us by phone or email at end of pickup time your invoice will incur a $10 non communication fee. This fee will be added regardless if you are a shipper or if your items are being brought back to our facility. Invoices not paid at the end of scheduled pickup will be billed to the credit card on file plus a transport fee, transported to our facility at 2601 Lake Land Blvd, Mattoon, IL 61938. A paid invoice will be emailed to you along with alternate dates and times available for pickup.
