All sales of items are sold AS IS and All SALES ARE FINAL. No guarantees expressed or implied is given on any item. The auctioneer if not responsible for the condition of the items sold. It is the bidders responsible to determine the condition, value, genuineness of the item they are bidding on. You as the bidder are the judge of the items value.
Somewhere In Time Antiques and Auction House and its employees are not responsible for any errors that can occur in the description of the items that are up for sale. All items are sold as is and no refunds will be given if they are bought.
Please ask by email all question about an item that you are interested in but not sure of something. Do not wait until you have bid on the item to ask the question, it is too late then. You are welcome to make an appointment to come and inspect the item you want to bid on. We want you to be happy with the items you win. Please use your own judgement in deciding on the condition of the item you are bidding on.
