Its reinforced corners resist cracking, and the bottom, corners, and sides have a textured, non-slip surface to prevent scratching. With a practical capacity of 1 quart and a flush-fill capacity of 1.15 quarts, the pan can stack with other ninth-size pans. Molded-in capacity markings maintain accurate portions and help keep up with inventory.
