Any items using flat packages ( coins, stamps, unframed pictures) up to 8 x12 inches, will be a flat fee of $5 for packaging and shipping, within the contenetial USA. Insurance is extra. 5. All items needing boxing or crating, buyer will be charged for materials, packing and shipping. !st Choice Auctions or employees are not liable for any glass items condition, damage or breakage of any glass, do to package and shipping Buyer will recieve seperate shipping charge and tracking, to be paid in full, before any item is shipped. Buyers will have the option to buy shipping insurance on actual sale price, priced by the shipper. Buyers have the right to use their own packing and shipping company, at their expence, with proof from buyer and shipper. 6. All winning bidders must provide payment in full. within 24 hrs after conclusion of all auctions. All winning bidders must pay all shipping, packing and handling in full, before items are shipped. Any items not paid for, within 72 hours of auction close, will be held for 15 days, at a storage rate of $10 per day, If not paid in full, then re-auctioned or return to consigner. The bidder will be bared from using our auction services for life. 7. All items being shipped outside the Contenential USA, buyers will pay packing and shipping charges according to your location. VAT is buyers resposibility. Packaging, shipping, insurance charges will be sent seperately to buyers email. Buyer has 24 hours to pay this bill in full, no exceptions. 8. VAT tax is the buyers responsibility, for international buyers. Consigner/seller and buyers are responceble to pay any tax due to their state or country. 9. All payments must be paid by approved credit cards, paypal preffered. 10. 1st. Choice Auctions .com charges a flat 12% buyers fee, that covers auction expences and or credit card fees. 11. Timed auctions that received a competing bid at end of time, will enter a warm timed close, and countinue resets untill there are no more advances on that item. highest final bid is the winner, responsible for all fees.
