We have a packed house in St. Peters this week. One of our bidders has asked us to help liquidate contents before she moves. This is not our typical auction. The client had most of the lots ready for us so we did not carefully inspect anything. You may see lot numbers on items from other auction companies. The first 300 lots are mostly located in the basement. We will have runners helping bring lots up on pick up day. Limited people allowed inside the house. Some basement lots are dusty and need cleaning. Assume all china dish lots in this auction are missing pieces (not complete) and sold as is. We did not fully inspect any dish lots. We did some bulk lots in the garage and shed and nothing was inspected closely on our end. We make no attempt to improve items. All lots are sold as is. Any items not picked up during the scheduled time will be forfeited. No exceptions.

Full address shown on winning invoice. You may send someone to pick up your items for you. Any items not picked up are forfeited. We will not be back to the property after pick up. We cannot transport or set items outside. Please only bid if you can pick up during the scheduled time. Every auction we have 4 to 8 bidders request alternative picks ups and we simply can't keep up. It is your responsibility to pick up during the scheduled time. Items not picked up are forfeited.

IMPORTANT: ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. We make no attempt to improve items. We do not test items unless noted and those items must be tested onsite. We do not issue refunds once the item leaves pick up. If you have questions regarding an item then you're welcome to contact us prior to the auction ending. Otherwise bring up any concerns during pick up. We're happy to assist.
Bidders are fully responsible for removing all items safely and within the scheduled pick up time. Any damage done to the home is charged to the bidder. Bring tools if a lot requires them. Bring help to remove heavy furniture pieces.
Invoices are sent the night the auction ends, usually within one hour. If you do not receive an invoice then check junk mail and add "info@2pickinchicks.com" to your safe list. We have no control how emails are received on your end; you are 100% responsible for receiving the invoice and picking up within the scheduled time. Contact Heather if you have any questions or need a copy of your invoice. Anytime you see "MAY HAVE WON" or "WON" under an item, that means you won and will receive an invoice. Effective 4/21/2023 - Bidders must check all items onsite before leaving. We give every bidder an invoice copy. It is your responsibility to ensure you leave with all your items. We get very busy during pick up, so be sure to check off each item on the invoice as you take them. Once pick up ends, assume anything left is forfeited. Any items listed as working or tested must be tested onsite. We do not issue any refunds once the item leaves and/or after pick up ends. Thank you.
