We are excited to bring to you this fantastic auction. ARC Auctions will be hosting a live, in-person event the day the auction's are scheduled to end at the ARC Realty Office at 8191 Seaton Pl, Montgomery, AL 36116 on 05/21/2024 beginning with a light lunch, dessert and drinks from 11:00 until 12:00. During a working lunch from 11:00 until 12:00 Chanel 8 News will be giving a presentation to all agents and affiliates. From 12:00 until 12:45 there will be a meet and greet with all auction staff and affiliates. During this time there will be ARC Realty agents, auction personnel and closing attorney available to answer any questions you may have or to assist you with the bidding process. Then at 1:00 the soft close on the first property will start with all remaining properties selling every 15 minutes until all properties have sold.
