Bidding for spots will end at 1pm EST on Monday September 11, 2023. The winning auctions will appear on the respective portal site as Featured Auctions from Monday September 11th, 2023 until September 18th, 2023. They will also be included in the weekly newsletters.
** Only auctioneers that are a part of a specific state portal will be able to win the first three featured auction spots on that portal. Spots 4, 5, and 6 are guest spots and open for out of state bidding. I.E.: An auctioneer from Florida cannot win and have their auction featured on the first three spots on Texas.hibid.com portal because they are not a member of the Texas state portal. They would be required to bid on spots four, five or six. If you place bids on the first three featured spots for a state portal that you are not a member of, your bids will be declined and the featured spot will be offered to the backup bidder.**
** Winning bidders will be charged for ALL spots that are won. I.E. If a bidder wins two Featured Auction spots, but only will have one auction uploaded, that bidder will still be charged for the additional spot that they have won if there is no backup bidder. If there is a backup bidder we will offer the spot to that bidder for their backup bid. If they accept, you will be charged the difference in value between the two. **
If you win one or more featured spots and do not have auctions uploaded for the spots you have won by 5pm EST on Monday when the auction closes, we reserve the right to offer the featured spot to the backup bidder. If your auction is not ready, you can still upload it as a placeholder, and make more changes and reupload anytime. Featured auctions must use Hibid as the online bidding platform or be a listing for a live/in-person sale. Auctions that link out to other bidding platforms will not be permitted in the featured spots.
