Stephens & Russell Springs Antique Mall PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: This spacious commercial building has been known as the Russell Springs Antique Mall and owned by the Stephens Family since April of 1991. The 5 ft covered front porch will welcome your customers and offers a charming store front. Building offers approximately 5,531 sq.ft. +/- under roof with approx 4,631 sq. ft +/- of heated space plus an approx 18 ft x 50 ft shop / storage area with overhead door access in back. Main Building is divided into 3 large sections with each room having its own front and rear entrances. Building has city water, city sewer & KU electric. There is 1 working restroom & another not in use. Building’s electric was updated some in 1991 when purchased by the owners. Building has a fuel oil furnace that is currently used for the 3 main rooms and another furnace that is not in use. New rubberized membrane roof was added to the main building in 2020 (not on shop area). Main part of building has drop ceiling panels and fluorescent lighting (some LED replacements). Building appears to have concrete slab floor throughout, but one section has rustic wood flooring and 2 more sections with vinyl tile overlay. This building was possibly built in the 1950s, but exact date is unknown. This building has been used for a variety of businesses through the years including sign shop, variety store, donut shop, dry cleaners, cake shop, craft shop & antique mall.
