Method of Payment: All items must be paid in full by cash, check or credit card. A 15% buyer's premium will be charged on all purchases, and an 18% buyer's premium will be added if using a credit card. The vehicles will need to be paid in cash, certified funds or wire transfer. The Seller will provide the Buyer with clear titles and a bill of sale to each item.
Removal: Items may be picked up on Monday, October 14th from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The Buyer will forfeit any items not removed within this time frame. Items may be resold, and any cost of removal, deficiency, or loss may be charged to the Buyer.
Condition of Items: All items in this auction are being sold "As-Is" and "Where-Is" with no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the items during the designated inspection period and to bid accordingly. Neither the auction company nor the seller makes any representations or guarantees regarding the condition, functionality, or accuracy of the descriptions of the items being sold. All sales are final under Indiana law, and by participating in this auction, bidders acknowledge and agree to these terms.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE CAPACITY LOAD THE ITEMS WITHIN THE ALLOWED TIME FRAME, PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THE ITEMS.
Shipping: Shipping will only be available through our in-house shipping department for small items only. Shipping will not be available for any large items or furniture. Upon payment of your invoice and handling fee, your items will be taken to the Shipper, who will coordinate all aspects of the shipping of your items; for questions regarding shipping, contact Shipping Manager - Rod Fetters at 260-557-8451.
