We are a Risk Free Auction. Items broken, chipped or mislabelled will be 100% refunded. In case of refunds, the client MUST email and return the item by Tuesday (following week) 4pm. We will NOT RETURN any item after this time. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. By registering you AGREE to: - You are responsible to read the rules at the beginning at every auction and make sure you will be available during our pick up times. - You will receive emails from our auction. If you unsubscribe or block our email you will not RECEIVE YOUR INVOICES. - It is YOUR RESPONSABILITY to check your account and update your personal information to receive invoices and notices. A $1 handling fee, 15% buyers premium and 13%HST will be added to all invoices regardless of the item purchased.
