Smith & Company Auction & Realty, Inc. has the right to withdraw any item in this auction. REGISTRATION & BID NUMBER ACCEPTANCE: By registering and accepting a bid number online, the bidder acknowledges they have received, read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the auction posted online or at auction site. ONLINE BIDDERS: Smith & Company Auction & Realty, Inc. is providing online bidding as an added service to bidders. By clicking the accept button online, you enter into a binding legal agreement with Smith & Company Auction & Realty, Inc. Your credit card number will be retained and charged for your purchases when you sign up for a bidder number. If an item is won, the retained credit card will be charged for the full amount, plus a 4% Buyer's Premium, immediately following the close of the auction. Bidder acknowledges and understands that internet service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction.
