First up, on Friday, May 24th, starting at 6:30 PM, dive into the excitement of the Treasure Trove Auction. Next, mark your calendars for the highly anticipated Quilt Auction, scheduled for Saturday morning at 8:30 AM. It's always a highlight of our event and promises to be a feast for the eyes and ears. (Lots 1 to 171) But that's not all! Don't miss the Work and Play Auction starting at 10 AM on Saturday, May 25th. This auction will showcase home and garden equipment, hardware, sporting goods, and plenty of other exciting finds. (Lots 301 to 392) Thanks to the generous donations from companies and individuals, each auction is packed with amazing items just waiting to find their new homes. Bid with ease! 1. All items are sold "as is", where New Hamburg Mennonite Relief Sale (NHMRS) nor the auctioneer assume liability for any guarantee made by the seller. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. 2. The auctioneer shall have the right to accept or reject any bid. In all cases the auctioneer's decision shall be final. 3. in the case of system failures, NHMRS reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the webcast portion of the auction. 4. The auction is held in Canadian funds (CAD). 5. All purchases at this charity auction are tax exempt. 6. No buyer's premium will be applied to this auction. 7. Full payment of all items is required prior to release of goods. 8. Online payment by credit card only. In-person payment options include credit and debit card, cash, and cheques with proper ID. 9. Unless paid by in-person payment options, purchases will be charged to the credit card which was provided at the time of registration. This charge will occur on the day of the auction after the auction has ended. 10. Costs for shipping, insurance, customs, or duty are the exclusive responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser will be solely responsible for any loss or damage not covered by insurance. 11. Successful online bidders will be contacted to arrange for pickup or shipping of their purchase. Purchases will be charged to the credit card which was provided at the time of registration unless payment has been made in person on the sale day. This charge will occur on the day of the auction after the auction has ended.
