Boatwright Auction strives to accurately describe the items being sold, but all property offered for sale is strictly "as is" "where-is" with all faults. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition and authenticity of each item.
All sales are final and no refunds are given.
All items purchased must be paid for on sale day via cash, approved check, or credit card (visa, mastercard, discover)
Ownership of an item is conveyed immediately following the final bid placed. While Boatwright Auction tries to handle and store all items with great care, Boatwright Auction will have no liability for any loss or damage to an item after the final bid has been placed.
Loading purchased items is the responsibility of the buyer. Boatwright Auction will as a courtesy, assist with the loading following the sale, but this is done at the risk and responsibility of the buyer.
A 18% buyers premium will be added to ALL purchases along with 6.75% tax unless you have a valid sales tax exemption.
PICKUP IS MAY 14th FROM 8 AM TO 5 PM!! ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP BY MAY 17TH @ 10 AM. IF YOU CANT PICK UP ITEMS ON MAY 14TH, WE WILL BE OPEN FOR PICKUP FROM 8 AM TO 10 AM WED, THURS, AND FRIDAY MORNING. IF YOU MISS PICKUP TIMES YOUR ITEMS ARE FORFEITED WITH NO REFUND. NO EXCEPTIONS! THIS POLICY WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED!!
