Although rare, if your purchase arrives with any damage from shipping or a manufacturer defect then we will pick up and replace your purchase with a brand new item if proper notification* is received in a timely manner. Documentation of damage or defect must be provided within 72 hours of receiving your shipment. Also please verify quantity count and note any carton damage with shipping company prior to accepting delivery. 11. No cash refunds will be given. 12.
