REGISTRATION To bid you will need to register and create a user name and password. Returning bidders will need to ensure all information is up to date. PAYMENT Card or cash may be used at pickup for payment. Bidders unknown to auction company may be required to pay cash at pickup or via wire transfer if items are being shipped. BUYER'S PREMIUM A 13% buyer's fee will be added to your invoice total. (Example: If the total for all items purchased is $100.00, the Buyer's Premium applied will be $13.00. Your total invoice is $113.00). ACCURACY Every effort has been made to provide the proper details, information, descriptions and pictures for each lot. However, accuracy can not be guaranteed. Each bidder is encouraged to fully inspect the items before bidding. WARRANTY No items come with any warranty or return options. All items are sold as-is, where-is, without warranty expressed or implied. Bidders are encourage to inspect items before bidding or send their own agent to do so. AUCTION CHANGES Occassionally lots may need to be added, combined, or removed without notice. SOFT CLOSING Our online auctions are designed to give everyone the opportunity to participate and bid. At the designated time the auction is set to begin closing, each lot closes in sequential order. If a bid is placed on a lot within one minute of its closing time, the lot will remain open for one additional minute. SUCCESSFUL HIGH BIDDER If you are the successful high bidder, you are responsible to pay for the lot(s) that you have won at the price of your final bid, including the buyers premium. Failure to pay for your purchase will result in a permanent ban from future auctions. SHIPPING Shipping is available for this auction.
