We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. Please inspect photos carefully to determine the condition of the items. Nostalgia Estate Sales make no representation or warranty express or implied as to the provenance, merchantability, authenticity, description, age, antiquity, appraised value or condition of the property to be sold at auction. All measurements are approximate. Payment must be made within 48 hours of end of the Auction. If payment is not made within 48 hours of end of the Auction, buyer forfeits all rights to the item and will be banned from purchases in future Nostalgia Estate Sale auctions. Purchased items slated for local pick up must be picked no later than seven business days after the last day of the Marketplace Sale. Unclaimed items not picked up after 10 business days will be forfeited and buyer will be banned from future sales and auctions. No refunds, credits or exchanges, no exceptions. Once you've purchased your item, we will send you an email to schedule a time to pick up your item through our Calendly.com account. If for whatever reason you don't hear from us, call (747) 296-9496 between 10am - 6pm Mon-Fri to make an appointment directly. If you plan on having someone else pick up your winning bids please contact us and we'll send you an Authorization for Property Pick-Up Form to fill out prior to pick up. If you need your item shipped, please keep in mind that Nostalgia Estate Sales reserves the right to make the final decision on how the item gets shipped to your address.
