604.33 +/- ACRES OF BOONE COUNTY PIVOT IRRIGATED LAND TO BE SOLD AT ABSOLUTE LAND AUCTION PROPERTY WILL SELL AT LIVE AUCTION AND ONLINE SIMULTANEOUSLY Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. Location is St. Anthony's Parish Center, 508 W. Main Street, Cedar Rapids, NE 68627.
On the date of the auction, purchaser will be required to pay (ten percent) 10% of purchase price. The balance will be due at closing on or before October 24th, 2023. The Earnest money deposit will go into the Boone County Title and Escrow Trust Account who will serve as the closing agent. The buyer will be required to sign a purchase agreement following the auction. If the purchaser buys on-line, they will need to be available to do the same. Title insurance will be split 50/50 between buyer and seller. Buyer will receive a clear and merchantable title to the property. Possession will be given March 1st, 2024.
